Let us Begin


Our signature bread is a wonderful, aromatic, artisan, Dorset seaweed and sourdough bread, made by Patrick Granger (owner of Punch & Judy). This bread was commissioned by Jamie Oliver and was featured in his television show in November. Patrick is Dorset’s award winning, master baker.

Our ciabattas are made from Italian certified flours and the finest olive oil, hand-shaped and stone baked, giving a light airy crumb and an exceptional crust
